The content strategy taking busy creatives like you from 4K views to 400K
In seven weeks, you'll publish content that will finally get sales (with expert feedback on every single one), and see results start to roll in before the cohort is even over.
The content you post selects for the audience you build.
Think about the last time you bought a piece of art, be that a mug or a print or an oil painting.
Why did you buy it? Was it because of their technique? Or was it because something about it made you feel something?
You're posting educational content because it feels comfortable.
But that isn't the kind of content that attracts customers. And deep down, you know that.
To fix it, you need to LEAN INTO the story and emotion behind your work.
The reason you're struggling right now is because you're either afraid to talk about your work, or you haven't figured out its value.
Social media feels impossible because you don't know what to post or what to say, but that's exactly what we'll fix.
Over the next seven weeks, you'll learn how to tap into your story, bond with your ideal customer over something real, and ultimately AI-proof your business in the process.
What do you post most right now?
Pick one and I'll tell you what kind of audience you're building right now (and why your content isn't getting you the sales you thought it would).
I spent years filming studio vlogs and getting tens of thousands of views on every single one. But do you want to guess how many prints of my actual ART those videos helped me sell? … Zero.
As much as you love filming vlogs, all they do is attract an audience of other creatives. Who, hate to say it, aren't usually your ideal customer.
Educational content attracts people who want to BE you, not buy from you.
That's great if you want to sell courses, guides, and mentorship, but it's not so great if you want to sell your art.
You think your work should "speak for itself" so all you do is post still photos of it. But total strangers don't have the context that you have! And content like this fails to give anyone a reason to care about your work.
Stop assuming people will "just get it" and TELL THEM what your work means to you, what you're saying, how you want people to feel. Give them a reason to care, a story to latch on to, a feeling!!
Trendy content can pull big numbers, but shallow content like this will eat away at your soul, drain your energy, and won't even get you the sales you're looking for.
Casual fans watch your Reels, sure, but they won't remember your name long enough to ever buy your work. And didn't you want to be a business owner, not a content creator?
Learn a content strategy that works and spend seven weeks implementing it in your own business.
Creating Your Content World has never been available outside of my high-ticket programs.
You get to learn a content strategy that has been PROVEN to work AND spend seven weeks implementing it with expert feedback.
My brand-new content strategy course, released for the very first time with this cohort.
This is the complete method for building a content world that attracts real customers instead of casual fans.
THE LIVE COHORT
From August 10 to September 25, we'll implement this strategy together in real time. You aren't just learning, you're GETTING SHIT DONE.
By the end: you'll have posted an entire library of content using a strategy that actually works, attracted an audience of real customers, and mastered marketing right before the biggest period of consumer spending all year.
For just $547.
Is Creating Your Content World
perfect for you?
Your creative work is incredible. People LOVE it in person, but for some reason you just can't figure out how to get the same level of attention on socials.
You've posted consistently all year, and you're secretly dreading that Q4, your biggest chance at sales, is going to be just as slow as the rest of the year has been so far.
You did everything "right." Used trending audios, showed the process, took super cute product photos... and it still didn't sell.
But all that you're really doing is blending in alongside everyone else.
You know you need a real content strategy, but you're lost on where to start.
You can't afford to pay someone to run your socials for you, and with everything else on your plate… it just falls through the cracks.
But this is your chance to learn EXACTLY what you need to do.
If any of those read like you, join us. Seven weeks with me and a room full of creatives, starting the week of August 10th.
You'll leave with brand new content published (not planned, published) before Q4 even begins.
I'm Kelsey, and I've made six figures from my creativity since 2023.
I grew up in a very low-income household, and I was told over and over that a creative career would just keep me stuck in poverty.
I refused to believe that. So I devoted myself to learning everything I could about business and marketing: every book, every launch teardown, every strategy I could test on my own work.
I've built an audience of 300,000+ creatives across my socials, and I've helped hundreds of artists get more comfortable with sales, grow an audience, and even go full time.
You probably know me from my YouTube channel, where multiple videos have passed 1M+ views.
I've spent YEARS of my life trying to change the narrative around creative entrepreneurship, to show people that the "starving artist" narrative is a lie, that creatives don't have to be bad at business and marketing.
But everyday, I still see talented creatives making less than they should because they struggle to reach the right people.
Creating Your Content World is everything I know about fixing that, in one place.
I've tested out these frameworks with my high-ticket coaching clients for months, and the results they're getting are incredible.
Seven weeks, mapped out for you.
Every session is live, recorded, and the replays posted same-day. Roast submissions work async too, so any timezone works. Expect 2-3 meetings a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: hands-on workshops at 12pm (noon) PT, and everything else alternating between 12pm and 4pm PT. Keep scrolling (the weeks unfold as you go).
Learn from creatives who've already built their dream business.
We open the cohort with Mia of Pottery to the People, an incredible ceramicist and YouTube content creator.
She'll share the behind the scenes workflow for her viral ceramics YouTube videos, and how she packages her content to get hundreds of thousands of views.
And these three are just a sneak peek at the lineup — there are more speakers we haven't announced yet. Every guest is a working creative business owner teaching the exact content moves behind their sales.
Three experts on your posts, all seven weeks.
As you begin to implement our signature content strategy and build your world, a team of incredible experts will be giving you feedback.
Past students typically 2–10x their views.
Alex posted his most popular video EVER
Alex Boon teaches nature journaling — and after shifting to buyer-first content using these frameworks, he published the most popular video of his channel's life.
(This system was designed for creatives selling their work, not just educators. They just keep using it to great success anyway.)
MOST-VIEWED VIDEO TO DATEMalina went from 4K views to 400K — overnight
Malina Dowling's fairy paintings were getting a few thousand views a reel. Then she learned this system, and the next reel hit 400K. She hasn't had a single reel under 100K views since.
EVERY REEL 100K+ SINCE
Ellice 10x'd her Reel views in weeks
Ellice makes nature-inspired ceramics, and her Reels hovered around 200 views no matter what she posted.
Within weeks of learning this system, they passed 2,000+. And she didn't change a single thing about her work.
200 → 2,000+ VIEWS IN WEEKS"Kelsey just gets it. She's sharp when it comes to business sense and understands the intricate needs of creatives who want to make a living through their work."
"That's great Kelsey, but my business is different."
Every creative I've ever worked with opens with a version of that line. I've spent years as THE go-to business and marketing coach for creatives.
I've helped sell everything from mugs to oil paintings to copywriting services and fantasy novels.
And here's what that experience has taught me: while every niche is different, the underlying principles behind what convinces a customer to purchase is always the same.
People buy your creative work because of the way it makes them feel. They want story, emotion, humanity. And your ability to lean into that is what actually controls your sales.
One sale from one post can cover this entire cohort.
How many courses have you bought, thinking you'd find the time to sit down, take notes, and implement? Way too many.
That's why I've designed this experience from the ground up to be all about taking action.
What you're really buying is seven weeks of expert eyes on your business while you implement a content strategy that will finally get you results.
And it's perfectly timed to help you take advantage of the biggest consumer spending period of the year.
Cart is open August 4–10 only. We start together the week of August 10th, and finish before Q4 even begins.
You can't afford to keep waiting.
The last three months of the year are the biggest stretch of consumer spending there is, from Black Friday, to holiday markets, gifts for loved ones, and "treat yourself" season.
Your ideal customers will be spending that money somewhere, but…
If you wait until October to figure out your content, you'll still be scrambling for a strategy while everyone else is making sales.
But the math of this cohort is deliberate: we start August 10 and finish September 25 — so your six posts are live, working, and warming up buyers before Q4 even begins.
And this isn't just about one season. The skills you'll learn in these seven weeks, and the world of content you'll begin to create…
They'll serve you for every launch going forward. Meaning your business will start off 2027 with momentum.
Watch what changes when you post for buyers.

Day 47 of sketchbook studies — finally trying the walnut ink everyone recommended. Still fighting the dip pen but we're getting somewhere. Process in my stories!
I can't remember the last time I felt as calm as I did last weekend. Hiking around Point Reyes, seeing glimpses of the ocean through the fog rolling in, hearing the waves and the sea lions, feeling the grass under my feet… Nothing else is quite like it. This latest collection of work tries to capture that feeling, so you can have a piece of it wherever you are.
Here's what your $547 actually gets you.
The information, accountability, and SUPPORT you need to actually transform your business.
"Kelsey just gets it. She's sharp when it comes to business sense and understands the intricate needs of creatives who want to make a living through their work."
Why I refuse to sell this as a standalone course.
I could make more money selling Creating Your Content World as a self-paced online course, but I think that would be a terrible decision for me AND for you.
The data on self-paced courses is brutal. Most students never finish them.
The course sits in a folder next to every other course they've bought, gathering digital dust, and nothing about their business changes.
I've watched it happen to hundreds of creatives, and I refuse to be a part of that.
Binging a course doesn't change a business. Taking action does.
So CYCW only exists one way: as a live cohort. With live calls, roasts, real deadlines, and my team and I (lovingly) bullying you until shit gets done.
If that sounds intense, remember you get two full weeks to decide.
Frankly, some of what's driving this is pure self-interest. My business does better if my students get results, and this format, the live calls, the loving bullying, all of it, that's what gets results.
I WANT you to succeed so I can brag about you. A self-paced course is worse for both of us. Trust me, you'll like this better.
Yes, this will work for your business.
Will this work for my business?+
If you make something and you want people to buy it — yes. A ceramicist, an illustrator, a jewelry designer, a baker doing custom cakes: different businesses on the surface, but the reason someone buys a hand-thrown mug is the same reason they buy a print or a pair of earrings. They connected with the world you created. This cohort works on that layer, so the method doesn't change from pottery to prints to pastries.
How much time do I need each week?+
Plan for two live calls (60–90 minutes) plus 2–3 hours of making and posting. Hands-on workshops run at 12pm (noon) PT, and the other calls alternate between 12pm and 4pm PT. Everything is recorded, so if you miss a week, you catch the replay and keep moving. The whole point is that you're actively posting using this strategy, so don't just be a passive consumer.
What if I can't make the calls live?+
Every session is recorded and posted the same day. You can submit your content to the live Content Roasts and get feedback from the team asynchronously. So if you can't make it live, don't worry. You'll still have an amazing time.
Why join the live cohort instead of waiting for a self-paced version?+
There won't be one (see above), and I'll tell you why: the data is in, and students don't finish self-paced courses. They gather digital dust. Real change comes from action, so CYCW will only ever run as a cohort, where my team and I can lovingly bully you into actually publishing. This founding round is the smallest and cheapest it will ever be.
I don't have much of an audience yet. Is it too early for me?+
It's actually the best time. Every post you publish in the cohort is built to attract the right audience, not just perform for an existing one. Starting with 200 followers who buy beats 20,000 who clap. If you have work to sell and anywhere to post it, you're ready.
I don't have a big product line or shop update ready for Q4. Does this still make sense?+
Yes. The six posts sell whatever you have, whether that's one collection, a commission slot, a preorder, a book, a digital download. Part of the strategy work in weeks four and six is matching your content to what you can actually offer this season, at whatever scale that is.
What happens after the seven weeks?+
The course is yours for the next twelve months, and the skills you'll build will serve you forever. The same six-post system reruns for every launch, collection, and season after this one. The cohort is the training wheels coming off, not the whole ride.
What's the refund policy?+
The Founding Cohort Guarantee: you have until the end of week two to decide. Binge the course, come to the calls, try the first roast — and if it's not right for you, email us and we'll refund every dollar. After the end of week two, no refunds — by then we'll be deep in the work together.
