Welcome! These terms cover your use of this website and your purchase of Creating Your Content World ("CYCW"), offered by K Rodriguez Productions LLC ("we," "us," "Kelsey"). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them. Questions any time: hello@kelseyrodriguez.com.

What you're buying

CYCW is a content-strategy program with two parts: the CYCW online course, and a seven-week live cohort (the founding cohort runs the week of August 10 through September 25, 2026) with live workshops, content roasts, guest lectures, a private community, and feedback from our team. Live sessions are recorded and replays are posted for the cohort. You keep access to the course materials for twelve months from purchase.

Price & payment

The program costs $547 USD, paid either once or as three monthly installments of $182.33 USD. Choosing the installment plan is a commitment to pay the full program price — it's a payment schedule, not a subscription you can cancel partway. If an installment payment fails and isn't resolved after we reach out, we may pause your access until it's sorted. Checkout and billing are handled by Circle, our course and community platform.

Refunds — the Founding Cohort Guarantee

You have until the end of week two of the cohort to decide CYCW is right for you. Binge the course, come to the calls, submit to the first roast — and if it's not a fit, email us at hello@kelseyrodriguez.com before week two ends and we'll refund every dollar, including any installments paid. After the end of week two, all sales are final and any remaining installments are still due.

Your work stays yours

You own everything you create during the program. By participating, you give us permission to review and critique your submitted content during live sessions, and you understand that session recordings (which may include your questions, work, and participation) are shared with the cohort as replays.

Our materials stay ours

The course, frameworks, recordings, and program materials belong to K Rodriguez Productions LLC. Your enrollment is a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business. Please don't share, resell, redistribute, or teach from them — that's how programs like this stop existing.

Community conduct

The cohort works because it's a kind, honest room. Feedback is direct but never cruel — and we expect the same from members. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or spammy; if that happens inside the refund window, the guarantee above applies, and after it, standard refund terms apply.

Results disclaimer

CYCW is education, coaching, and feedback — not a guarantee of outcomes. The student results shared on this site are real but not typical or promised. Your results depend on your effort, niche, offer, audience, and plenty of factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site or in the program is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the program or this site is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where K Rodriguez Productions LLC is organized. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
