This is the privacy policy for this website and for Creating Your Content World, operated by K Rodriguez Productions LLC. The short version: we collect what we need to run the program and send you the emails you asked for, we never sell your information, and you can ask us about your data any time at hello@kelseyrodriguez.com.
What we collect
- Name and email address — when you join the waitlist or newsletter. This is stored and processed by Kit, our email platform.
- Purchase details — when you enroll, checkout is handled by Circle. We see your name, email, and what you bought; your card details go directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Usage data — like most sites, we use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the page (for example, page views and checkout clicks) and to measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for — waitlist updates, the newsletter, and program information. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it always works.
- To run the program: enrollment, community access, replays, and support.
- To measure and improve our marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site and program run: Kit (email), Circle (checkout, course, and community), Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes your data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies & the Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel sets cookies that help us know which of our posts and ads actually brought people here. You can limit this through your browser's cookie controls, browser extensions, or your Meta ad preferences. The site works fine either way.
Keeping & deleting your data
We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed or enrolled, and for as long as we need it for legal and bookkeeping reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. A few more things
